In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform you that:

2. Purposes and basis of processing

We will process your data:

1. for the purposes of concluding and performing a contract, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR;
2. for archival (evidential) purposes, which are the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Company in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR ;
3. in order to fulfil obligations arising from other legal provisions pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR;

3. Data will only be processed if we or another entity processing the data has one of the legal bases permitted by law and only for the purpose adapted to the given basis.

4. Personal data will be processed until the basis for their processing exists - i.e. in the case of consent granted until its withdrawal, restriction or other actions limiting this consent, in the case of the necessity of the data to perform the contract - for the duration of its performance, and in the case where the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator - until such legitimate interest exists.

5. Data recipients. Your personal data may be disclosed to: our partners, i.e. companies with which we cooperate. Our subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting, law and IT companies, may also have access to your data. Other entities in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Your personal data will not be disclosed to entities located outside the European Economic Area.

7. According to the GDPR, you have the right to:

1. the right to withdraw consent (where the legal basis for processing is consent);
2. the right to access your data;
3. the right to rectify (correct) your data;
4. the right to delete data, limit data processing;
5. the right to object to data processing;
6. the right to transfer data, i.e. to receive your personal data from the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, which can be sent to another controller; 
7. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8. Providing personal data in connection with the concluded contract is necessary to conclude and execute the contract – without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude and execute the contract .

9. The data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.
